HOW DO YOU PARTICIPATE?
There are NO "signups" for this tour.
Just play your round and send in your score
as instructed below.
RULES FOR PLAY

Offline and Online Flights

PRACTICE
Practice and warm up is preferably done on a
course other than the one in use for a given
round.  Limited practice is allowed on the
course in use but with NONE of the same
conditions including pin number.

REPORTING
You may play offline or online with another
player/spotter. BUT, NO RE-STARTS!

OFFLINE PLAY:
Submit your "GAME" file.
Name file with your name and round number:
example: OzRd1.round & OzRd1.game

ONLINE PLAY:
Have each player report scores (for verification).
Send questions/scores to:

BASIC RULES OF PLAY:
**Black tees (unless otherwise noted)
**MEDIUM, FAST or VERY FAST meter
**40" gimmes
**Stroke play set up
**10 Maximum strokes on any hole
**No mulligans
**NO restarts allowed (no multiple rounds)
**NO mouse meters allowed

RULES FOR PLAY

You can now play Best Ball either Online or Offline.

If you play Offline:  
You have one of the players
play his/her round and then send the .round file to
their partner and Oz so they can play along with
the recorded round.  The player that plays 2nd
sends in the scorecard for both players.

If you play Online:  Both players send in a copy of
the scorecard or hole by hole scores.

the tournament course.  Limited practice is allowed on the course
in use but with NONE of the same conditions including pin number.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Pairings will be announced during the first few days of each
month.  It is each pairings responsibility to get in touch with each
other and to have your round played and reported by midnight PST
on the dates shown on the SCOREBOARD page. Failure to meet
this deadline without prior approval for an extension will result in
disqualification of BOTH players.

PLAY FORMAT BEST BALL PLAY (all rounds):
** Black tees (unless otherwise noted)
** Medium, Fast or Very Fast meters only
** 40" gimmies
** Stroke play set up
** No Mulligans
** NO restarts allowed (no multiple rounds)
** NO mouse meters allowed
OTHER INFORMATION
ROUND DISCONNECTED?
In the event a player is "disconnected" during
the round, the pairing shall decide the fair thing
to do.  Here are some ideas/suggestions:
1. If you are close to completing your round and
you have BOTH agreed, continue to play alone
and SEND in your "GAME" files for verification.
2. It is EASY to restart playing the back 9 only
3. You can also restart the front or back nine
and play up to the hole where the disconnection
occurred retaining the previous score to that point.
4. You can restart with the CONCEDE option
and quickly move back to the hole where you
disconnected.

SUGGESTIONS TO SPEED UP PLAY:
1) Reboot before beginning ANY round
2) Disconnect from ICQ
3) Disable software such as a Virus Checker
